Yoga One-to-One

Traditionally yoga is taught on a one-to-one basis; because we are all different and the type and duration of asanas and pranayama will vary according to an individual's needs.
But in the west, yoga is generally taught as a "one size fits all" group class.

The Key Principles Yoga workshops are an attempt to bridge this gap and to enable students to begin to develop their own way of doing yoga, within the confines of a group class.

One-to- one yoga sessions are a way of taking this personal tuition further.

Ideal for beginners, wanting to get a grasp of the basics before joining a group class, for students wanting to develop ways of dealing with chronic injuries like sciatica and lower back back or during pregnancy to develop breathing and relaxation techniques.
